Where the Wabi Sabi is earthy and austere, the Sandra is made to be fruity and flippant. Named for our matriarch Sandra Zahoudanis, the Sandra pinot noir is designed to showcase more of the fruity aspects of pinot noir. We pick fairly early to retain a good amount of natural acid in the grapes, but not so early that the strawberry and cherry notes aren’t apparent.
