The goal for our chardonnay is a clean, varietally correct version representative of Santa Barbara County. Any given year we work with vineyards in the Sta. Rita hills all the way to SMV. Instead of showcasing one particular part of the valley we chose the valley as a whole, aiming for bright acidity and a full texture.
